THEN THEY ASKED ONE QUESTION: “DO HUMANS TRULY LOVE FASHION… OR DO THEY SIMPLY LOVE THE FEELING OF OWNING SYMBOLS ABOVE OTHERS?” THIS SWEATSHIRT WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE FASHION. IT WAS DESIGNED TO COLLECT ATTENTION. SOME PEOPLE CALL IT RIDICULOUS. YET NOBODY CAN STOP STARING AT IT. BECAUSE IT EXPOSES THE UGLIEST INSTINCT OF MODERN CONSUMER CULTURE — THE BELIEF THAT MORE LOGOS MEAN MORE VALUE, MORE HYPE MEANS MORE IDENTITY, AND HIGHER PRICES CREATE ARTIFICIAL IMPORTANCE. IRONICALLY, THE PIECE CREATED TO MOCK DESIRE BECAME AN OBJECT OF DESIRE ITSELF. MAYBE THE ILLUMINATI ALREADY UNDERSTOOD HUMAN NATURE. PEOPLE CLAIM THEY WANT INDIVIDUALITY, YET THEY ALL WORSHIP THE SAME SYMBOLS IN THE END. THIS IS NOT CLOTHING. IT IS CONCENTRATED HUMAN DESIRE.
